Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.
1 Corinthians 16:13
Whether you are a grandfather or a young man, single or seasoned veteran of marriage, the Lord God has called us to be His witnesses, and to share and reflect the loyal love that He has shown to us in the many relationships that He has placed us in. But, we do not do this alone, rather we build one another up, encouraging each other, so that together we might make a compelling case to the world around us for our Lord Jesus Christ, and that as His followers we would be all the more Rooted in Christ and Growing in His Grace.
Men's Fellowship and Bible Study
Thursday night Men's Fellowship and Bible Study beings at 7 pm each week and is devoted to purposefully reading God's Word so we can better know and live in the promises God has given us, and also so that we live as men who understand what our vocations are. Currently the group is going through Paul E. Miller's The J Curve: Dying and Rising with Jesus in Everyday Life. All men are more than welcome to attend!
Men's Mission Group
The St. Paul Men's Mission Group meets on the second Saturday each month at 8:30 am. During the months of September through May, we start in the church kitchen with breakfast, then go to the Youth Room for Bible study and a discussion of mission projects. In the summer months of June, July, and August we get together for breakfast at a local restaurant. Some of the mission projects we've worked on are assisting with stocking St. Paul's food pantry, as well as household repairs and light construction for those who may need a helping hand. All men are welcome to join us, whether a member of the church or not.
